PROMOTIONAL COMPETITION RULES
Win 1 of 30 R10 000 cash vouchers with SAB and The Blue Bottle Group.

This promotional competition (“Competition”) is run by The Blue Bottle Group (PTY) LTD (“Promoter”) and is open to all persons of 18 years or older and resident in South Africa, except the employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, the Promoter’s advertising and promotion agencies, associated companies, and outlet owners and staff.

1. These rules may be amended by notification at any time during the Competition and will be interpreted by Promoter only. Participation by all entrants (“Participants”) constitutes acceptance of these rules.
2. The Competition begins on the 16 of March 2023 and ends on the 31^st of May 2023(“Competition Term”).
3. 30 x R10 000 cash vouchers to be won across our 150 Participating Blue Bottle Liquors, Liquors Express and XL stores.
4. To enter, participants must purchase one or more cases of any Castle Lite product at a participating Liquors, Express or XL outlet. Write their contact details on the entry form provided, attach it to their till slips and place it in the entry-box in-store.
5. 30 x prize winners will be selected randomly from the entries that are accumulated at the 150 participating stores. 
6. The Promoter may make media announcements/publications of the names/photographs of the winner/s, provided that any winner/s may expressly elect to decline this. The Promoter reserves the right to carry out audits in respect of any winner/s to verify their eligibility.
7. All Participants and winners indemnify the Promoter, its associated companies (directors, officers and employees) and agents, against any / all claims for any loss or damages, whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise, arising from any cause whatsoever connected to or arising out of their participation in any way in this Competition.
8. All information collected from this competition will be added to the Blue Bottle Group Client Data Base. Information will remain confidential and will not be sold to any 3^rd parties.
9. By opting-in to our Promotion the client gives consent to receive SMS messages from the Blue Bottle Group. Clients may opt out from receiving our Marketing SMS messages at any given point.
