Win 1 of 55 Hagenz Portable Power Stations (HAGZ1000 – 700W/532W)

This promotional competition (“Competition”) is run by The Blue Bottle Group (PTY) LTD (“Promoter”) and is open to all persons of 18 years or older and resident in South Africa, except the employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, the Promoter’s advertising and promotion agencies, associated companies, and outlet owners and staff.

1. These rules may be amended by notification at any time during the Competition and will be interpreted by Promoter only. Participation by all entrants (“Participants”) constitutes acceptance of these rules.

2. The Competition begins on the 15th of March and ends on the 31st of May 2024 (“Competition Term”).

3. 1 x Hagenz Portable Power Stations (HAGZ50 – 300W/532W) will be given at each participating Blue Bottle Liquors store.

4. To enter, participants must purchase one case or more of Samuel Gelston’s Whiskey & Apple Spritz or Lime & Soda or one case or more of Gelston’s Irish Whiskey 750ml then they must take a picture of their till slip/invoice and they must send it to the Blue Bottle Head Office by either scanning the QR code or WhatsApp us on 076 681 2349. Participants to keep a copy of their till slip as proof of purchase.

5. All names entered will go into a lucky draw where one lucky person will be selected as the winner at a participating Blue Bottle Liquors, Blue Bottle Platinum, OBC liquors and Loco Liq Liquor store.

6. The prize cannot be transferred or exchanged for its cash value.

7. The Promoter may make media announcements / publications of the names / photographs of the winner/s, provided that any winner/s may expressly elect to decline this. The Promoter reserves the right to conduct audits in respect of any winner/s to verify their eligibility.

8. All Participants and winners indemnify the Promoter, its associated companies (directors, officers, and employees) and agents, against any / all claims for any loss or damages, whether direct, indirect, consequential, or otherwise, arising from any cause whatsoever connected to or arising out of their participation in any way in this Competition.

9. All information collected from this competition will be added to the Blue Botte Liquors Client Data Base. Information will remain confidential and will not be sold to any third parties.

10. By opting-in to our Promotion the client gives consent to receive SMS/WhatsApp messages or electronic newsletters from the Blue Bottle Liquors stores or the Blue Bottle Group. Clients may opt out from receiving our Marketing SMS messages at any given point.
